We’re hiring Senior Field Service Technicians at all five locations across the Mid-Atlantic.
- $35 to $70 per hour + overtime

Senior Field Service Technician
All locations
$35–$70/hr + overtime and up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize commercial and industrial boiler systems for customers who depend on reliable uptime. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who enjoy troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and solving new challenges every day.
Welder/Mechanic
All locations
$27–$55/hr
Perform code welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs on commercial and industrial boiler systems while working alongside experienced technicians and fabricators.
Aftermarket Sales Representative
All locations
$50,000–$200,000/yr
Help customers maintain and improve their equipment by building long-term relationships and providing service solutions that keep their operations running.
Outside Sales Engineer
All locations
$70,000/yr+
Drive new business across the DC/NOVA territory.
Water Treatment Service Technician
Washington, PA
Travel to customer facilities to collect water samples, perform field testing, and monitor the performance of boilers, cooling towers, and water softeners.
