We’re Hiring: Experienced Boiler Service Technicians
🚨 Sign-On Bonus Up to $20,000 🚨
We’re actively looking to add qualified boiler service technicians to our team.
Location: Northeast / Mid-Atlantic
Pay Range: $40–$70/hour + overtime
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Local Travel (overnight rare)

✔️ What You’ll Do
- Install, commission, and service industrial and commercial boiler systems
- Perform combustion analysis, tuning, and efficiency optimization
- Troubleshoot gas, oil, and dual-fuel systems
- Diagnose and repair burners, controls, safeties, valves, and pumps
- Provide on-site technical support and customer training
- Complete service documentation and safety checks
