Diagnose, repair, maintain, and optimize commercial and industrial boiler systems for customers who depend on reliable uptime. This role is ideal for experienced technicians who enjoy troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and solving new challenges every day.

As an Aftermarket Specialist at Delval Equipment, you’ll drive growth across an established base of commercial and industrial customers in the Mid-Atlantic area by identifying opportunities to expand service relationships, add maintenance contracts, and modernize existing equipment. This role is built for someone who can earn trust with facility managers and maintenance teams, understands mechanical systems, and knows how to translate that knowledge into solutions customers actually want to buy.

As a Capital Equipment Sales Engineer at Delval Equipment, you will drive new business growth by serving as a trusted technical resource for commercial and industrial boiler systems, hydronic equipment, controls, and related plant equipment. This role is built for someone who can quickly establish technical credibility, understand complex customer needs, manage a long and often highly technical sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, facility managers, owners, and other key decision-makers.
