Normally designed and ASME Code stamped between 400 and 700psig
CBW’s standard frames are made of carbon-steel angle iron, and are available in 304SS (depending on potential corrosion problems and operating temperatures)
CBW’s standard units include 16 ga. 304 stainless steel lining, two inches of insulation, and 16ga. carbon steel painted exterior
CBW’s standard units include 10 ga. carbon steel painted exterior
Thicker carbon steel is available to support extra weight, and 304 stainless steel is available for potential corrosion problems

Cannon’s wide selection of Economizer units allows you to maximize the heat recovery on your boiler system. Our units are designed for low gas side pressure drop in order to retain peak boiler performance. An efficient boiler saves energy and burns less fuel, resulting in reduced emissions and the satisfaction of contributing to a cleaner environment.

Cannon Boiler Works, Inc. was founded on November 7, 1972 in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to conduct business as a specialty manufacturer. In 1976, Cannon expanded it’s capabilities to include an ASME Code program for specialty manufacturing of boilers and pressure vessels – skills that allowed Cannon to remain viable through several severe recessions.
